Adapting to Environment - Having worked and studied in different countries, including the U.S., China, Taiwan and Australia, I've gained experience working with people from a variety of backgrounds and cultures.
Problem-Solving - I enjoy overcoming user-centered design challenges through innovative thinking and creative solutions.
Coordinating with People - Given my interdisciplinary education at the Human-Computer Interaction program at Carnegie Mellon University, I am able to effectively coordinate projects with individuals from across departments and professions.
Working with Constraints to Find Clever Solutions - I participated in several design competitions over the past few years and learned that user-centered design requires creativity within boundaries. An effective design is one which works well under constraints and can gradually change people's minds and behavior.
