Strength

Balance between the tactical and the strategic - Having proofed records in 2 companies of bringing ideas to fruition by setting yearly strategy and diving straight and deep into the weeds of the backlog, budget and resource details.

Balance between being a likable team player and holding firm when necessary - learned how to “demand more & say no” with being a well-liked and respected part of the team in the past 5 years of being a PM. Given my worked and studied background from various countries, I enjoy coordinating with people from a variety of background and cultures which equipped me excellence in working with cross-functional teams.

Balance between trusting knowledge and following where the evidence leads - developed both a highly intuitive sense of product and market needs, and an ability to gather, analyze and apply real-world data and evidence to support (or even contradict) my ideas and intuitions.
